Our plans are designed, managed, and sold as short term medical plans, not travel plans. This means if the student chooses to remain in the USA for treatment, if appropriate, they are not 'forced to return home or wait until they return home' for treatment. Plus, if a student is medically repatriated, the policy allows for a return ticket back to the host country.
