Most of our insurance solutions are designed for participants who are enrolled through an exchange organization, school, or program sponsor. However, if you are traveling independently and need individual travel medical insurance, you may explore selected plan options through IMG.

Patriot Travel Medical Insurance
The Patriot Travel Medical Insurance provides coverage for U.S citizens traveling outside the U.S with coverage for brief returns to the U.S. or non-U.S citizens traveling outside their home country. Available for minimum of days up to a maximum of two years. This coverage is not suitable for J-1 visa holders in the U.S.
The Patriot Exchange Program plan provides coverage for participants of cultural exchange programs, including high school Covers high school sports (interscholastic & club sports) if the add-on rider is purchased. This coverage can meet the J-1 visa requirements in the U.S. if the appropriate coverage amounts are selected.
The Student Health Advantage plan provides long-term medical insurance coverage for international students involved in long-term educational programs. The plan meets student visa requirements.
